Midnight Purple Metallic is not a single shade. It is a behaviour of light — deep aubergine at rest, electric violet at the edge, almost black in the spaces between.
Five layers of pigment and fine aluminium flake are laid over the body by hand. The result shifts with the angle of your eye, the weather, the hour. For one season, the shade is offered across six RS silhouettes — from the compact to the grand tourer.
